Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically competent Quantity Surveyor to manage quantity take-offs, estimation, BOQ preparation, costing, billing, and project cost control. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate quantities, competitive pricing, proper documentation, and effective monitoring of project costs throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.




- Previous experience in construction quantity surveying or estimation is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, rate analysis, and costing.
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying/estimation software.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Solid numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skill

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
