Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive – Voice Process to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English and Hindi and be comfortable handling customer queries over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Handle customer complaints with patience and a positive approach.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Follow defined customer service processes and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.




- Maintain professional and customer-friendly communication at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM/customer support tools.
- Ability to work in a 6-day working environment.
- Willingness to work from the office in HSR Layout, Bangalore.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
