Job Description – Sales & Marketing Executive

Position: Sales & Marketing Executive – Part time
Work Schedule: 3–4 Hrs A Day
Location: Hadapsar, Pune

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales & Marketing Executive who can work 3–4 days per week and help us connect with colleges, students, and relevant educational contacts. The role involves college visits, lead generation, student communication, and promoting our professional courses.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit engineering and other relevant colleges to develop institutional contacts.
- Meet the training & placement officers, department coordinators, HODs, faculty members, and other relevant persons.
- Collect contact details of relevant college personnel through appropriate professional channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges and educational institutions.
- Identify potential student leads for CADD, CAD, BIM, IT, and other professional courses.
- Contact students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other approved communication channels.
- Explain course details, benefits, duration, fees, and career opportunities to interested students.
- Follow up with leads and help convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain daily records of college visits, contacts, leads, and follow-ups.




- Coordinate with the counselling/admissions team.
- Meet assigned lead-generation and admission-support targets.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable with college visits and face-to-face communication.
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and lead generation.
- Ability to communicate professionally with college staff and students.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
- Prior experience in education sales, field marketing, telecalling, or business development will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Working Days

3–4 hrs a day, with college visits and student follow-ups based on the assigned schedule.

Compensation

Salary/Payment: To be discussed based on experience and responsibilities.
Performance incentives: May be provided based on lead generation/admission performance.
