### About the Role

We are looking for an experienced *Recruitment Specialist / Senior Recruiter* with a robust background in *recruitment agencies, consultancies, or staffing firms*.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience handling *multiple industries, diverse profiles, bulk hiring mandates, and PAN-India recruitment*. The candidate must be comfortable independently managing multiple requirements while working against recruitment targets and timelines.

### Key Responsibilities

- Manage *end-to-end recruitment* across multiple industries and job functions.

- Handle *bulk hiring and multiple recruitment mandates* simultaneously.

- Source candidates for diverse positions across *PAN-India locations*.

- Handle multiple profiles ranging from entry-level to *mid and senior-level positions*.

- Use job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, headhunting, and other sourcing channels.

- Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, negotiations, and offer closures.

- Build and maintain a strong *candidate database/repository* across industries and locations.

- Develop and maintain strong candidate and client relationships.

- Manage recruitment targets, TATs, pipelines, and daily/weekly recruitment MIS.





- Independently manage requirements from sourcing through successful joining.

- Where applicable, contribute to *client sourcing and business development* activities.

### Mandatory Requirements

- *3–5 years of recruitment experience – Mandatory.*

- *Recruitment agency / consultancy / staffing experience – Mandatory.*

- Robust recruitment experience across *multiple industries*.

- Strong experience in *bulk/volume hiring*.

- Proven ability to handle *multiple profiles and mandates simultaneously*.

- Strong *PAN-India geographical recruitment exposure*.

- Excellent sourcing, headhunting, screening, and candidate engagement skills.

- Experience handling *mid to senior-level positions*.

- Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to independently manage recruitment targets and closures.

### Compensation

*₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month*, depending on experience, recruitment expertise, and overall suitability.
