Skills Required:

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field required.

· 3+ years of relevant experience in HR technology, payroll systems, workforce management, application support, or product analysis.

· Hands-on experience supporting at least one enterprise Payroll / Time & Attendance ecosystem such as SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll / SAP HCM Payroll, Workday Payroll / Time Tracking, UKG Pro / UKG Workforce Management (Kronos), ADP, or an equivalent platform.

· Working knowledge of payroll and time processes including earnings/deductions, payroll inputs, time capture, schedules, absence/leave, validations, payroll calendars, and downstream finance interfaces.

· Experience with application configuration, interfaces/data flows, functional specifications, system/integration/UAT testing, defect management, and production support.

· Working knowledge of integration patterns such as REST/SOAP APIs, file/SFTP interfaces, middleware/iPaaS, data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and error handling.

· Ability to analyze payroll/time data and troubleshoot discrepancies with strong attention to accuracy, controls, privacy, and compliance.

· Solid communication, documentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills across global HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendor teams.

Preferred:





· For SAP environments: experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central / Employee Central Payroll, SAP HCM Payroll, Time Management / Time Tracking, payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, or EC-to-payroll integrations.

· [Highly preferred] For Workday environments: experience with Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, HCM business processes, security, reports, EIB / Core Connectors, or Workday integrations (PECI, PICOF, etc).

· Experience with UKG Pro / UKG Workforce Management (Kronos), ADP GlobalView / Celergo, or other global payroll and workforce-management platforms.

· Experience supporting multi-country payroll/time solutions, statutory/localization requirements, payroll parallel testing, cutover, or global rollout programs.

· Experience with reporting and analytics using Workday reporting, SAP reporting, Power BI, Excel, or comparable tools for payroll/time reconciliation and operational insights.

· Exposure to Agile/hybrid delivery, ITIL/service management, vendor/managed-service delivery, or enterprise separation/transformation programs.

· Payroll, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors / HCM, UKG, ADP, ITIL, or relevant HR technology certification preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹1,600,000.00 per year
