Job Description

We are looking for a SolidWorks Design Engineer with 3+ years of experience in engine component design and sheet metal design. The candidate should have good hands-on experience in SolidWorks and a robust understanding of manufacturing processes such as casting, forging, and sheet metal fabrication.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop 3D models, assemblies, and 2D manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks.
- Design and modify engine components and sheet metal components.
- Work on components manufactured through casting and forging processes.
- Create sheet metal parts, bends, flat patterns, and fabrication drawings.
- Apply appropriate GD&T;, tolerances, and engineering standards.
- Ensure designs are suitable for manufacturing and assembly (DFM/DFA).




- Work closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve design issues.
- Handle engineering changes, design modifications, and drawing updates.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SolidWorks.
- Experience in engine component design.
- Good knowledge of sheet metal design and fabrication.
- Understanding of casting and forging components.
- Strong knowledge of 3D modelling, assemblies, and 2D detailing.
- Good understanding of GD&T; and engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and DFM.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
