We are looking for a responsible and experienced Assistant Shop In-Charge to manage the daily operations of our bakery outlet in Kottarakara.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day shop operations
- Supervise and coordinate staff
- Handle customer service and resolve customer concerns
- Monitor sales, stock, cash, and daily transactions
- Ensure proper display and availability of products
- Maintain shop cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Coordinate with the production and management teams
- Prepare and submit daily sales and operational reports
- Ensure staff attendance, discipline, and proper duty allocation
- Monitor wastage, stock shortages, and product quality
- Ensure smooth functioning of the outlet

Requirements:

- Previous experience in bakery, food outlet, retail, or similar shop management is preferred
- Valuable communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage staff and daily operations independently
- Basic knowledge of sales, stock, and cash handling
- Responsible, punctual, and customer-oriented
