Salary: €36,700 per annum
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years

Key Responsibilities
◆ Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes
◆ Maintain excellent food quality, consistency, and presentation
◆ Follow HACCP and food safety standards
◆ Support daily kitchen operations and supervise junior staff
◆ Monitor stock levels and ensure efficient use of ingredients
◆ Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
◆ Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service

Requirements
◆ Minimum 2–3 years of relevant kitchen experience
◆ Experience as a CDP, Sous Chef, or similar role
◆ Solid knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
◆ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
◆ Excellent teamwork and communication skills
◆ Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
