*Key Responsibilities:*

* Develop and standardize Punjabi/North Indian recipes and menu items.

* Finalize portion sizes, recipe cards, food cost and SOPs.

* Conduct food trials and evaluate vendors/products.

* Support base kitchen and outlet kitchen setup.

* Train and supervise kitchen teams.

* Ensure consistent taste, quality, hygiene and presentation.

* Support pre-opening, launch and future multi-outlet expansion.

*Experience:* 8–12+ years in Punjabi/North Indian cuisine, QSR or multi-outlet operations

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
