A globally recognized manufacturer of high-performance electrical components, Headquartered in Italy is looking for a Jr. Engineer – Quality Control and Assurance to ascertain the quality of all incoming and outgoing material and to implement quality standards and procedures.
The company specializes in alternators, DC motors, actuators, electronic speed controllers, and integrated drive systems for diverse industrial applications.

LOCATION - Pune (full time)

EXP - 2-3 years

EDUCATION - Graduation in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.

Job Responsibilities:

- Draft Quality Assurance and Quality Control Policies and Procedures
- Implement Quality and Inspection Systems and procedures for all incoming and outgoing material. Devise sampling inspection procedures and instructions.
- Prepare system for adequate documentation of Quality Systems and Standards
- Maintain records of all such documents
- Plan, review and monitor – inspection of all incoming and outgoing material.
- Investigate customer complaints and take necessary actions to avoid recurrence.
- Collect and compile all quality related data.
- Analyze data to identify the areas of improvement in product, process, raw materials, components.
- Develop, record, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain calibration records of all the instruments.
- Identify training needs and organize trainings.




- Co-ordinate and support third party inspections, inspections at govt approved labs for various materials as per relevant standards
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured QA and QC plans and system
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
- Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements.
- To co-ordinate with internal team for successful implementation of Quality System such as ISO9001.
- To prepare the documentation for ISO9001 system To perform any other task as and when assigned by the country head or admin head.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
