1. Conduct metallurgical testing on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications and standards
2. Perform microscopic examination of metallic samples to analyze grain structure, phase distribution, and defects.
3. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including tensile testing machines, hardness testers, microscopes, and spectrometers.
4. Prepare detailed reports on testing results, including observations, data analysis, and conclusions
5. Identify and document non-conformances, and work with engineering and production teams to implement corrective actions.
6. Participate in failure analysis investigations to determine the root cause of component failures and recommend preventive measures.

3. Ensuring compliance with data security protocols for electronic test records.

Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
