We Pulse Communication Systems Pvt. Ltd. hiring for atleast 2 year experience Candidate for the post of Support and Testing Engineer.

Require Qualification:-

- Diploma in Electronics & Communication, CS (Computer Science).
- Candidate should knowledge about Electronics components,
- Basic Knowledge of Networking.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required. Candidates with 2+ years of experience in Support, Testing, Networking, ROIP, Voice Logger, or related fields can apply.
- Basic understanding of IP networking, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and network troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Voice/Audio communication systems is an advantage.
- Understanding of Software Testing.
- Basic knowledge of databases/SQL is preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for ROIP and Voice Logger systems.




- Perform functional, integration, and system testing.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot ROIP and Voice Logger solutions.
- Identify, analyze, and document software and system issues.
- Prepare and execute test cases and maintain testing documentation.
- Troubleshoot issues related to IP networks, audio, communication, and system connectivity.
- Coordinate with the development team for bug fixing and issue resolution.
- Perform product testing before deployment and releases.
- Support customers during installation, commissioning, and maintenance.

Skills:- Good Communication Skill English & Hindi.

Pay :- Rs. 25,000/- per month (depends on interview)
