Designation: CRM Executive

Qualification: Any Graduate
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, as per experience & skill
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive to manage customer communication, follow-ups, inquiries and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries, calls and WhatsApp communication.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers and leads.
- Update and maintain CRM software/database with accurate customer information.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts and Operations teams for customer requirements.
- Track leads, customer interactions and follow-up status.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Prepare daily/weekly CRM and follow-up reports.
- Maintain proper records of customer details, enquiries and transactions.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments and services.




- Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain long-term relationships.
- Support the sales team in lead management and conversion.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Good email and WhatsApp communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Customer-oriented and positive attitude.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, organized and good at follow-ups. Candidates with experience in CRM, customer support, sales coordination or tele-calling will be preferred.
