*1. SALES & MARKETING HEAD*

*Salary:* ₹15–20 LPA
*Qualification:* Graduate / MBA preferred
*Experience:* 10+ Years

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Lead the overall Sales & Marketing function for the Indian market.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth.
- Identify new customers, markets and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Handle B2B sales and business development for rigid plastic packaging products.
- Manage key accounts and negotiate commercial terms.
- Lead, guide and monitor the sales team.
- Develop new business through direct sales and channel development.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure timely follow-up of enquiries, quotations, orders and payments.
- Travel across India for customer meetings and business development.

*Preferred Industry Experience:*
Rigid Plastic Packaging / Plastic Products / Food Packaging / FMCG Packaging / Manufacturing

*2. SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE*

*No. of Positions:* 05
*Salary:* ₹5–10 LPA
*Qualification:* Graduate / MBA preferred
*Experience:* 2–8 Years

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Generate new leads and business opportunities across India.
- Identify and approach potential customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and recent customers.
- Promote and sell rigid plastic packaging products.
- Handle enquiries, quotations and customer follow-ups.




- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Develop new customers and generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution.
- Maintain customer database and sales MIS.
- Monitor market and competitor activities.
- Conduct customer visits and business development meetings.
- Follow up on orders and payments wherever required.
