ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Talview is looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join as Management Trainees – Operations. This is a paid internship opportunity that provides candidates with practical exposure to operations and a professional work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support day-to-day operational activities.
- Assist in managing online assessment and proctoring processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of assigned activities.
- Follow operational procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain accuracy and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Handle operational queries and escalate issues when required.

ELIGIBILITY





- Freshers and candidates looking to begin their career in Operations can apply.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work from the office in HSR Layout, Bangalore.
- Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
