Buildigo is a B2B construction-material procurement platform helping contractors, developers, EPCs, and other construction businesses source materials at competitive prices through a network of verified suppliers. We streamline procurement across categories such as cement, steel, RMC, aggregates, electrical, plumbing, tiles, hardware, and more.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers, including contractors, builders, developers, EPC companies, project owners, and procurement teams.
- Generate leads and identify potential customers who have ongoing or upcoming construction projects.
- Explain Buildigo's procurement services and value proposition clearly to prospects.
- Understand customer requirements, project details, material requirements, quantities, and procurement timelines.
- Qualify leads based on project size, requirement, location, urgency,



and potential business opportunity.
- Follow up regularly with leads and prospects to convert enquiries into business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales/business development team with qualified prospects.
- Coordinate with the sales and procurement teams and share accurate customer and project information.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, enquiries, and customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Follow up with existing customers for new requirements, upcoming projects, and repeat business opportunities.
- Maintain a professional and positive approach while communicating with customers.
- Strong communication, listening, persuasion, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, lead generation, B2B sales, construction, real estate, or building materials will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹13,600.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
