About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, energetic Sales Executive to join our SILAII store in Coimbatore. You will welcome customers, understand their needs, help them choose the right products, and give them a great shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in choosing products
- Explain product features, fabrics, designs, sizes and prices clearly
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Suggest matching items and promote offers to increase sales
- Handle billing, cash/UPI/card payments and issue invoices accurately
- Arrange and display products neatly, and keep the store clean and attractive
- Check stock regularly and inform the Store Manager when items run low
- Handle customer questions, exchanges and complaints politely
- Collect customer details and build good long-term relationships
- Follow store policies, timings and discipline

Requirements

- Education: Any degree
- Experience: 0–2 years in retail sales (freshers can apply)




- Good communication in Tamil; English or Hindi is an added advantage
- Pleasant personality and good customer-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of billing and mobile/computer usage
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends and festival seasons
- Honest, punctual and team-oriented

Skills Needed

- Customer service and convincing ability
- Product knowledge and fashion sense (if it is a fashion/clothing store)
- Target-oriented attitude
- Basic maths and cash handling

Salary:

₹18,000 to ₹20,000per month (based on experience)
