Hiring: Inside Sales Specialist / Business Development Executive

Location: Sector 66, Gurgaon
Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA
Timing: 10 AM – 8 PM
Week Off: Rotational | Saturday & Sunday working

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inside sales, telesales & business development activities.
- Generate and convert leads through calls and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales targets & revenue goals.
- Understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Maintain CRM/sales reports and manage the sales pipeline.

Requirements

- Experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / BDE / Business Development / Telecalling.
- Fluency in Kannada.
- Strong communication, negotiation & convincing skills.
- Target-driven with valuable sales acumen.
- Comfortable working 6 days with rotational week-offs.
