We are looking for a polite, energetic Telecaller to join our team. You will be the voice of our company, making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries. Your main goal is to build customer rapport, promote our products or services, and meet daily or monthly targets.
- enerate Leads: Qualify potential buyers and pass warm leads to the senior sales team.
- Handle Objections: Address customer concerns, turn rejections into positive moments, and solve basic complaints.
- Maintain Records: Update customer details, call outcomes, and follow-up notes accurately inside the company's CRM software.
- Meet Targets: Achieve assigned daily, weekly, or monthly conversion and calling quota
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
