Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, developing interior design concepts, preparing design presentations, and coordinating with clients, staff, vendors, and execution teams. This role requires strong design skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring quality and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements, preferences, budget, and project expectations.
- Develop interior design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and design presentations.
- Prepare and modify 2D drawings, working drawings, and 3D designs as required.
- Present design concepts, material selections, finishes, and furniture options to clients.
- Communicate regularly with clients and address their queries, feedback, and design requirements.
- Coordinate with internal staff, site teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure designs are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress when required.
- Assist in material selection, quotations, and coordination with vendors.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, client approvals, material selections, and project updates.
- Follow up with clients for design approvals and ensure projects progress according to timelines.
- Identify and resolve design or execution-related issues in coordination with the concerned team.




- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion while maintaining design quality.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, space planning, materials, and finishes.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong design, presentation, and visualization abilities.
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide suitable design solutions.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with staff, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Good time management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop, or other relevant interior design software.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in interior design or a related field.
- Freshers with strong design skills and communication abilities may also apply.
- Experience in residential, commercial, furniture, modular, or turnkey interior projects is preferred.
