- Make outbound calls to prospective students from company-provided leads.
- Understand students' study abroad and immigration requirements.
- Explain our services and provide basic information about available opportunities.
- Follow up with interested candidates and schedule counselling appointments.
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer details in the CRM.
- Coordinate with sales team for further follow-up.
- Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Confident and friendly communication style.
- Valuable listening and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM is an advantage.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
