About Curry & Hops

Curry & Hops is a brewery and multi-cuisine restaurant in Mohali with a dedicated party hall designed for celebrations, gatherings, and private events.

We are looking for an energetic, outgoing and highly sales-driven Sales Executive who can take our party and event offerings to the market, generate leads, build relationships and convert them into confirmed bookings.

The Role

This is a field-sales and business-development position. You will actively go into the market, meet potential customers, build relationships and bring new business to Curry & Hops.

The focus is on generating bookings for all types of events, including:

- Birthday Parties
- Corporate & Business Events
- Kitty Parties
- Engagements & Family Functions
- College & School Gatherings
- Team Outings & Get-Togethers
- Anniversary & Celebration Parties
- Festival & Holiday Events
- Office Parties & Meetings
- Private Parties
- And other group events and celebrations

Key Responsibilities

- Actively go into the market to generate new event and party leads.
- Visit offices, businesses, residential communities, institutions, clubs, event planners and other potential sources of business.
- Promote the Curry & Hops dedicated party hall, restaurant, food, beverages and event packages.
- Identify potential customers and proactively approach them for upcoming events and celebrations.




- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, partnerships and local outreach.
- Handle enquiries, conduct follow-ups and convert prospects into confirmed bookings.
- Build relationships with corporate offices, HR/Admin teams, event planners, community groups, schools, colleges and local businesses.
- Develop partnerships with event organizers, decorators, photographers, birthday planners and other relevant vendors.
- Maintain a solid pipeline of upcoming events and celebrations.
- Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the restaurant/event team to ensure a smooth experience for booked events.
- Maintain records of leads, visits, follow-ups, conversions and revenue.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, hospitality, events, retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
- Highly energetic, outgoing and comfortable meeting new people.
- Sales hunter mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets.
- Comfortable with field work and frequent market visits.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.




- Ability to independently generate business rather than waiting for inquiries.
- Existing contacts/network in Mohali, Chandigarh and Panchkula will be an advantage.
- Hospitality, restaurant or event-sales experience will be preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
