Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer – Civil with 4–6 years of experience in residential construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of MIVAN construction methodology and hands-on experience in managing site execution, quality, safety, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Execute structural and finishing works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Handle MIVAN/formwork construction activities and ensure proper execution as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, and other project teams.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per quality standards and approved specifications.
- Check drawings and coordinate with the design/technical team for any site-related clarifications.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment requirements at the site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify issues affecting quality or progress.




- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain necessary site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and construction standards.
- Coordinate with the QA/QC team to maintain required quality standards.
- Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
- Support project planning and ensure activities are completed within the scheduled timelines.

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in residential construction projects.
- Hands-on experience in MIVAN/formwork construction is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of civil construction, structural works, and finishing activities.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, measurements, and site execution.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage site activities, contractors, and workmen effectively.
- Willingness to work at the Yelahanka, Bengaluru project location.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in large-scale residential/apartment projects and MIVAN construction will be preferred.
