About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and support the Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, reconciliations, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment entries.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, receipts, payments, and collections.
- Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with customers/vendors when required.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Prepare basic financial reports and MIS as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related requirements.
- Support the Finance Manager/Accounts Head during audits and financial reviews.




- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with Tally / Tally Prime or other accounting software.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Candidate

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts/Finance.
- Candidates with experience in FMCG, E-commerce, Retail, or B2B businesses will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
