Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, engaging with our audience, creating compelling content, and driving business growth through effective social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Manage daily social media activities, including responding to comments and messages.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to create effective campaigns.
- Plan and manage paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Build and grow online communities while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Track competitor activity and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements





- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and content strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media management tools
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
