5. How quickly inventory is used or sold over a specific period.

6. Percentage of purchases in compliance with contract terms and conditions.

7. Percentage of goods received without defects or issues.

8. Evaluate the success of sourcing strategies, such as local sourcing, global sourcing, etc.

9. The ratio of approved purchase requisitions to actual purchase orders.
