Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with 12+ years ofoverall experience and strong expertise in Oracle Fusion/EBS HCM implementations, support, andenhancements. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure,test, and deploy Oracle HCM solutions across global environments.

Experience Requirements

- 12+ years of overall IT/ERP experience.

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM and/or Oracle EBS HCM.

- Experience in full lifecycle implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support engagements.

- Experience with US/UK Payroll will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead business requirement gathering and solution design workshops.





- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, AbsenceManagement, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and Talent Management.

- Design and develop Fast Formulas to support business processes.

- Work with functional and technical teams for integrations, reporting, data migration, and testing.

- Support ESS and MSS framework configuration and issue resolution.

- Conduct CRP/UAT sessions and provide end-user training.

- Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and test scenarios.

- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

- Strong understanding of HR business processes and Oracle HCM best practices.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in global implementation environments.

- Oracle Fusion HCM certifications are preferred

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
