We are looking for a Sales Executive to handle customer calls, follow-ups, lead management, and convert qualified leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Manage and update leads in CRM software.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Convert qualified leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Coordinate with the team for smooth order/client onboarding.

Requirements

- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
