Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with patients regarding appointments, consultations, and follow-ups.
- Attend patient queries and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, healthcare staff, and other departments.
- Assist patients with registration and appointment-related processes.
- Follow up with patients regarding scheduled consultations and visits.




- Handle phone calls and routine patient communication professionally.
- Maintain a friendly and supportive relationship with patients.
- Support the team with day-to-day administrative activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
