* Plant Operation: Run and monitor ETP machinery, including pumps, blowers, clarifiers, sand/carbon filters, Reverse Osmosis (RO) units, and Multiple Effect Evaporators (MEE).

* Process Control: Track critical water parameters like pH, Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), and Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD).

* Chemical Handling: Prepare and manage chemical dosing (coagulants, neutralizers) safely according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

* Sludge Management: Handle filter press operations, sludge extraction, and safe storage or disposal of hazardous waste.

* Maintenance: Perform routine preventive checks and assist mechanical/electrical teams with equipment troubleshooting and repairs.

* Documentation: Maintain shift logs, chemical consumption registries, equipment running hours, and parameter records for environmental audits.

* Safety & Compliance: Follow Workplace, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines,



wear mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and maintain 5S housekeeping in the plant area

* Education: ITI (Fitter / Machinist / Chemical Process), Diploma in Chemical/Environmental Engineering, or B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry.

* Experience: 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience operating ETP, RO, or MEE systems in a pharma, Formulation, or chemical processing plant.

* Technical Skills: Knowledge of wastewater treatment stages (primary, secondary, tertiary), chemical reactions, and pollution control rules.

* Soft Skills: Punctuality, discipline, ability to work in rotational shifts, and strong teamwork.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
