Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Pre-Sales / Telemarketing Executive with 1–3 years of experience, preferably in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming leads, contacting prospective customers, understanding their requirements, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from assigned leads.
- Handle inbound enquiries and follow up with potential customers.
- Explain project details, property features, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments with the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers to generate qualified leads.
- Maintain daily call records, lead status, and follow-up details in the CRM.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead conversion objectives.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective lead management.
- Maintain professional communication and build positive customer relationships.

Required Skills





- 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, pre-sales, or customer calling.
- Real estate industry experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Good customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Ability to achieve calling targets and generate qualified leads.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Fluency in Tamil and basic English communication.

Qualification

Any degree or relevant qualification.

Preferred Candidate: A motivated individual with strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert enquiries into qualified sales opportunities.
