Poongsan System Indo Private Limited is looking for an experienced *Sr. OSS Mechanical Engineer* with robust hands-on experience in machine building, mechanical assembly, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting. The company operates in machinery/equipment manufacturing and is registered in Tamil Nadu.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Assemble and fit machine parts and mechanical structures as per design specifications.

- Support mechanical fabrication, machining, machine installation, setup, commissioning, and maintenance.

- Collaborate with electrical and software engineers for system integration.

- Review 2D/3D drawings, CAD models, and manufacturing documents.

- Support design improvements for manufacturability and assembly.

- Analyze pneumatic diagrams and use indicators to check flatness and straightness.

- Provide technical support during machine testing, setup, and commissioning.

- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during machine assembly and trial runs.

- Support machine installation and commissioning at factory and customer sites.

### Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

- *4–5 years of relevant experience* in machine building or manufacturing.





- Proficiency in CAD software such as *SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar*.

- Good understanding of manufacturing processes including machining, sheet metal, and assembly.

- Hands-on experience in machine assembly, installation, and setup.

- Experience in equipment commissioning and trial runs.

- Ability to read and understand assembly drawings and machine layouts.

- Willingness to work at factory and customer sites.

- Strong knowledge of:

- Mechanical assembly

- Pneumatics & hydraulics

- Linear guides, bearings & gearboxes

- Conveyor systems

- Automation equipment / SPM machines

- Experience with automation or Special Purpose Machines (SPM).

- Exposure to industrial machinery installation and customer-site commissioning.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
