Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented Telecaller who can communicate effectively with customers and handle calls professionally. The candidate should be fluent in English, Malayalam, and Hindi and should have good interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Make and receive customer calls professionally.
- Contact potential and existing customers regarding products, services, offers, and enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Follow up with customers and generate leads where required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for customer requirements.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the concerned department.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and follow-up targets.




- Maintain a positive and qualified approach while communicating with customers.

Requirements

- Fluency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi is mandatory.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use MS Office/CRM systems.
- Prior experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Executive, or Sales Executive will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Ability to work with targets and follow-up schedules.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
