Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic, results-driven, and empathetic Marketing & Student Counselor to drive our student acquisition efforts and guide prospective students through their study-abroad planning. In this dual role, you will be the face of our brand—generating high-quality leads through targeted outreach and digital campaigns while counseling students and parents to help them choose the right academic pathways, universities, and destinations.

Key Responsibilities1. Marketing & Lead Generation

- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, social media outreach, and local promotional events to attract prospective study-abroad aspirants.

- Lead Management: Respond to inquiries across digital channels, social media, and walk-ins; qualify leads and maintain an updated CRM pipeline.

- Content & Collateral: Coordinate with the design and management teams to create engaging promotional posters, info-sessions, and digital banners reflecting our brand identity.

- Outreach Initiatives: Build and nurture institutional partnerships, school networks, and community channels to expand our brand footprint.

2. Student Counseling & Admissions Guidance





- Consultation: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students and parents to understand their academic backgrounds, career goals, and financial preferences.

- University Matching: Recommend suitable international universities, courses, and countries (such as the UK, Canada, Australia, USA, Europe, etc.) tailored to the student’s profile.

- Application & Visa Support: Guide students through the end-to-end application lifecycle, including SOP/essay reviews, document compilation, application submission, and visa interview preparation.

- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed conversion targets for student enrollments and application processing milestones.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, International Relations, or a related field.

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in student counseling, educational consulting, or education-sector marketing/sales.

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with robust public speaking abilities for seminars and workshops.

- Industry Knowledge: Good working knowledge of international education systems, admission requirements, standardized tests (IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT), and visa documentation processes.

- Tech-Savviness: Comfortable using CRM tools, social media marketing platforms, and collaborative office applications.
