WE’RE HIRING | Store & MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Aadinath Bulk Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our Karnavati Workshop team.

Location: Karnavati Workshop
Experience: 3+ Years
Shift: Rotational
Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical or Automobile preferred
Industry: Commercial Vehicles / Bus Maintenance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintenance & Workshop:

- Supervise daily bus maintenance and workshop activities
- Manage technicians and allocate maintenance jobs
- Monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely repairs
- Ensure vehicle readiness and minimise downtime
- Monitor job cards, maintenance records and maintenance reports
- Coordinate with Fleet and Operations teams
- Maintain workshop safety and maintenance standards

Store & Spare Parts:

- Monitor availability and proper storage of spare parts, tools and maintenance materials
- Coordinate with the Store team for timely issue and receipt of spare parts
- Ensure proper inward and outward records of spare parts
- Verify parts issued against job cards and maintenance requirements
- Monitor stock levels and identify shortages or urgent requirements




- Maintain proper documentation of spare parts consumption and inventory
- Coordinate with procurement for required parts and materials
- Ensure proper storage, identification and handling of workshop inventory

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Only candidates with Heavy / Commercial Vehicle Maintenance experience are eligible.

- Heavy Commercial Vehicles
- Buses – GSRTC / Volvo / Private Bus Operators
- Tata / Eicher / Ashok Leyland / BharatBenz Trucks
- Commercial Vehicle Workshop & Fleet Maintenance
- Spare Parts / Workshop Store Coordination

NOT ELIGIBLE:
Passenger Car / Personal Vehicle / Light 4-Wheeler Maintenance experience will NOT be considered.

IMPORTANT:
Candidates should have hands-on experience in heavy vehicle maintenance, workshop operations, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, technician supervision, and spare parts/store coordination.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
