Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai
Role: Customer Experience

What Will You Do?

- Interact with customers through calls, chats, WhatsApp & social media
- Handle customer queries, complaints & order-related concerns
- Follow up with customers and ensure timely resolution
- Support customer retention & customer experience
- Maintain basic CRM records and customer details
- Collect customer feedback and share insights
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer/order-related issues
- Build positive and long-term customer relationships

Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Friendly, confident & customer-focused personality
Good coordination & problem-solving skills
Basic computer, Excel Sheet & social media knowledge
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
