Purchase Officer – Interior & Construction

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Purchase Officer with 2–3 years of relevant experience in the interior design or construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, coordinating with vendors, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely procurement of materials required for interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end purchase activities for interior and construction materials.
- Source and identify reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with vendors for competitive rates.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with project, design, warehouse, and accounts teams for procurement requirements.
- Monitor material availability, quality, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain proper purchase records, vendor details, quotations, and purchase orders.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and new vendors.




- Ensure materials are procured as per project requirements and specifications.
- Follow up with vendors regarding pending orders, deliveries, and replacements.

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
- Relevant experience in the interior design, construction, modular interiors, or related industry is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of interior and construction materials.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Hindi and English communication skills are mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment.

Preferred Candidate:
Candidates with experience in purchasing materials for interior projects, construction sites, modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, civil works, or related projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
