Product Focus: Premium Anti-Corrosive Self-Drilling Screws & Industrial Fasteners

Experience: 2 to 6 Years in Industrial Sales / Fasteners / Building Materials

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business development for our high-performance roofing and cladding fasteners across North India. Ideal for a proactive professional with expertise in technical fasteners and B2B field sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Market Expansion: Acquire new B2B clients, including PEB manufacturers, metal roofing contractors, solar EPCs, and structural steel fabricators.
- Field Sales & Travel: Visit job sites, OEM plants, and industrial hubs across Delhi NCR, Haryana, Punjab, UP, and Rajasthan (15 to 20 days travel per month).
- Technical Pitching:



Demonstrate fastener performance (anti-corrosive coatings, drill points) to engineers, consultants, and procurement teams.
- Account Management: Manage end-to-end sales from initial enquiry and product demos to commercial negotiation and payment recovery.

Key Requirements

- Experience: Proven B2B field sales track record in Roofing/Industrial fasteners, PEB structures, hardware, or construction materials.
- Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of technical fasteners (self-drilling screws, anti-corrosive coatings, structural anchors).
- Skills: Self-motivated with strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.
