Are you a recent graduate who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and convincing others? Do you want a career where your communication skills, initiative, and performance matter?

We’re looking for ambitious, curious, and self-driven graduates to join our sales team and introduce an innovative biotechnology solution to farmers across Andhra Pradesh.

You don't need a biotechnology or agriculture degree. We will train you on our product. What matters most is your ability to communicate clearly, learn quickly, build trust with customers, and turn opportunities into sales.

What You'll Do

- Introduce our innovative AgriTech solution to farmers and explain its advantages in simple, practical language.
- Visit farmers, conduct product demonstrations, and build strong customer relationships.
- Identify potential customers, follow up consistently, handle objections, and close sales.
- Develop an understanding of farmers’ needs and help them determine whether our solution is right for them.
- Work toward sales targets and track leads, customer conversations, and sales progress.
- Share customer feedback with our product and technology teams to help improve the product and sales approach.
- Take ownership of your territory and sales pipeline with minimal supervision.

Who We're Looking For

- A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to three years of experience are welcome.
- Strong spoken communication skills in Telugu and English.
- Genuine interest in sales, business development, and customer interaction.
- A proactive,



self-motivated attitude and willingness to learn.
- Persistence when facing rejection and the ability to follow up without constant supervision.
- Comfort with field visits, meeting farmers, demonstrating products, and working toward sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred, but not mandatory:

- Strong academic performance or a consistently good GPA.
- Experience in college leadership, events, presentations, competitions, or customer-facing work.
- An agriculture, biotechnology, life sciences, or business-related background.
