Key Responsibilities

- Design & Planning: Prepare hydraulic flow calculations, alignment sheets, route surveys, KML files, and engineering drawings using tools like AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
- Site Execution & Supervision: Oversee day-to-day civil and mechanical construction activities to ensure work aligns with approved line, level, and structural specifications.
- Material & Cost Management: Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQs), material take-offs (MTOs), cost estimates, and procurement requisitions.
- Quality & Safety Control: Monitor site quality assurance, inspect RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) and earthwork, and enforce safety rules.
- Progress Reporting: Maintain daily site registers, measurement books (MB), and submit weekly or monthly progress reports to the head office or project manager.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education:



Bachelor’s degree (B.E. or B.Tech) in Civil Engineering or Water Resources Engineering.
- Experience: Typically 3 to 8+ years of hands-on experience in irrigation canals, lift irrigation, pipe distribution networks (PDN), or water-supply infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in fluid mechanics, topographical survey interpretation, structural design, and drafting software (AutoCAD, GIS, Excel).
- Soft Skills: Site coordination, vendor management, problem-solving, and team leadership.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
