Production Helper – Job Description

Job Title: Production Helper / Production Assistant

Job Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day printing and production activities.
- Handle printed materials carefully during production and finishing.
- Assist with cutting, pasting, mounting, folding, packing and other finishing work.
- Help operators with loading/unloading materials and preparing jobs.
- Check finished products for basic quality and accuracy.
- Keep the production area clean and organized.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and machine operators.
- Pack completed orders safely for delivery.
- Handle materials, tools and equipment responsibly.
- Complete assigned work within the required time.

Working Conditions

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (9 hours)
- Night Shift: Approximately 80% of the work is during night hours, depending on production requirements.
- Weekly Holiday: Sunday
- Overtime: Overtime work beyond 9 hours will be paid at 1.5 times the normal hourly rate, as applicable.

Salary & Advantages

- First 3 Months: ₹15,000 per month during the training period.
- After Training: ₹20,000 per month upon successful completion of the first 3 months.
- Annual Salary Increment: Salary will be reviewed every year, with increments based on individual performance, skills and responsibilities.
- Festival Bonus:



Employees who successfully complete one year of service will be eligible for a festival bonus equivalent to one month's salary.
- Accommodation: Bachelor accommodation will be provided for employees who require it, subject to company terms.

Candidate Requirements

- No previous experience required; freshers are welcome.
- Should be physically fit, active and energetic, as the role involves hands-on production work.
- Willingness to work night shifts is essential.
- Basic reading and understanding skills.
- Good attitude and willingness to learn.
- Punctual, responsible and hardworking.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous experience in printing, signage, advertising or production will be an advantage.
