Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and organized Storekeeper to support our day-to-day store and material management activities. The role will involve maintaining stock records, handling incoming and outgoing materials, basic computer work, and assisting with packaging and dispatch of materials.

Freshers and candidates with little or no prior experience are welcome to apply, provided they have basic computer knowledge, positive organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update stock and inventory records.
- Receive, check, arrange, and issue materials as required.
- Keep the store organized and ensure materials are properly stored and identified.
- Enter and update stock-related information using MS Excel and other computer applications.
- Assist in preparing materials for packaging and dispatch.
- Check quantities and basic details of materials before dispatch.
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding material requirements and availability.
- Assist with periodic stock checking and physical inventory counting.




- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to avoid damage or loss.
- Perform other store-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Basic computer knowledge.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and other basic computer applications.
- Basic understanding of stock/inventory management.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to handle materials and assist with packaging when required.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience as a Storekeeper / Store Assistant / Warehouse Assistant will be an advantage but is not mandatory.

Preferred

- Experience working in an industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or trading company.
- Familiarity with maintaining stock registers and material records.
- Basic knowledge of purchase, dispatch, and material documentation.

Experience

0–2 years

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
