ACADEMIC COUNSELLOR

Location: Manjeri
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and student-focused Academic Counsellors to guide students and parents in choosing suitable courses and career paths. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, counselling, and follow-up skills, along with a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents regarding available courses and programs.
- Understand students’ educational needs, interests, and career goals.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Handle enquiries through calls, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents regularly.
- Convert enquiries and leads into admissions.




- Maintain accurate student information and counselling records in CRM/software.
- Achieve daily and monthly counselling and admission targets.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.

Requirements:

- Degree qualification.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
