Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and communication-focused Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making customer calls related to loan recovery, payment follow-ups, and new leads, while maintaining proper communication and records.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding loan repayment and recovery follow-ups.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending/overdue payments and payment commitments.
- Handle customer queries related to payments and loan accounts.
- Make calls to recent leads and explain relevant loan/financial products.
- Generate interest and coordinate with the concerned team for further processing.
- Maintain proper records of customer calls, follow-ups, and responses.




- Regularly follow up with customers and leads as required.
- Coordinate with the collection, sales, and operations teams.
- Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements

- Minimum Graduate preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel/CRM is preferred.
- Fresher candidates with good communication skills can also apply.
- Candidates with experience in telecalling, collection, recovery, sales, or finance will be preferred.
