We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive to build our brand awareness, engage our online community, and drive traffic through organic and paid social media campaigns. The ideal candidate understands digital trends, platform algorithms, and how to turn creative ideas into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
- Write compelling captions, copy, and scripts.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors (or create basic graphics/videos using tools like or CapCut).
- Research trending topics, sounds, hashtags, and industry updates to keep content fresh.
- Assist in planning and executing paid social ad campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Help manage allocated ad budgets and track target audience engagement.
- Track daily and monthly performance metrics (reach,



impressions, engagement rate, follower growth) using native platform insights or scheduling tools.
- Prepare regular reports and suggest data-backed improvements for future posts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing brand or corporate social media pages.
- Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, including their latest algorithm updates.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with social media management and scheduling platforms like , Buffer, or Meta Business Suite. Basic graphic/video skills (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express).
- Soft Skills: Solid communication, creative thinking, time-management, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
