Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Jewellery Production Manager to oversee the complete jewellery manufacturing process, ensuring timely production, high-quality output, efficient manpower utilization, and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily jewellery production activities.
- Manage the complete production cycle from CAD/Design to Casting, Filing, Setting, Polishing, Finishing and Final Quality Check.
- Prepare production schedules and ensure orders are completed within deadlines.
- Allocate work to production teams according to priority and skill requirements.
- Monitor production targets, productivity, wastage, and efficiency.
- Coordinate with Design, CAD, Purchase, Stores, Quality Control and Sales/Order teams.
- Ensure jewellery is manufactured according to approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor gold and diamond movement throughout the production process.
- Minimize production losses, rework, rejection, and material wastage.
- Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective action.
- Supervise and guide production supervisors, artisans, karigars, and other production staff.
- Maintain proper production records and prepare daily/weekly production reports.
- Ensure proper handling and accountability of valuable materials such as gold, diamonds, and gemstones.




- Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce production time.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and workplace discipline.
- Handle production-related issues and coordinate with management for timely resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5–10+ years of experience in diamond/gold jewellery manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of jewellery production processes.
- Good understanding of diamond jewellery, gold jewellery, casting, setting, polishing and finishing.
- Solid team-management and leadership skills.
- Excellent production planning and coordination abilities.
- Good knowledge of production costing, wastage, and material control.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Experience in managing jewellery artisans and production teams will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
