AVM Labs is looking for an attentive and responsible CCTV Monitoring Executive to monitor surveillance feeds across multiple locations, conduct compliance audits, identify operational deviations, maintain monitoring records, and coordinate with vendors to resolve CCTV-related issues.

The ideal candidate should have basic IT knowledge, strong observation skills, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor live CCTV feeds according to the assigned location roster and schedule.
- Verify centre opening and closing times.
- Check staff presence and adherence to uniform standards.
- Monitor patient handling and sample collection practices for compliance with SOPs.
- Review recorded CCTV footage for randomly selected hours as part of scheduled audits.
- Capture time-stamped video clips and screenshots as evidence and maintain files according to SOPs.
- Report abnormal, critical, or alarming observations through the prescribed communication channels.
- Identify and report camera faults, blind spots, recording gaps, and system downtime within the same shift.




- Maintain daily CCTV monitoring logs and prepare weekly summary reports.
- Coordinate with CCTV vendors for troubleshooting, repairs, and issue closure.
- Maintain confidentiality of CCTV footage and sensitive operational information.

Requirements

- Basic IT and computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with email, computer applications, and digital record management.
- Good observation skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to follow SOPs and handle confidential information responsibly.
- Willingness to perform continuous monitoring and routine audit activities.
- Freshers with the required skills may apply.

Salary & Perks

- Annual CTC: ₹3 LPA.
- Full-time employment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
