What We're Looking For
● 3+ years of experience managing retail stores, preferably in lifestyle, beauty, fashion, cosmetics, or other
high-footfall retail environments.
● Strong understanding of retail KPIs, inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer
experience.
● Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
● A customer-first mindset with strong commercial acumen.
● Ability to make quick decisions and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced retail workplace.
● Passion for developing people, solving challenges, and delivering operational excellence.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
