Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Retail Cluster Manager to manage and oversee the sales, operations and profitability of multiple retail stores within an assigned cluster.

The candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, managing Store Managers, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining inventory controls and delivering an excellent customer experience across all stores.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets across assigned stores.
- Manage day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores.
- Monitor store-wise sales and key retail KPIs.
- Conduct regular store visits and operational audits.
- Lead, guide and motivate Store Managers and retail teams.
- Monitor team performance, productivity and discipline.
- Identify manpower requirements and coordinate with HR.
- Monitor stock availability, replenishment, ageing and shrinkage.
- Ensure proper inventory audits and reconciliation.




- Maintain customer-service and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer escalations and improve customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly cluster performance reports.
- Identify underperforming stores and implement corrective action plans.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies and operational standards.

Candidate Profile

Qualification: Graduate; MBA/PG in Retail or Management preferred.

Experience:

- 5–7 years of overall retail experience.
- 2–3 years of experience in Cluster Manager / Area sales Manager /Retail Store Manger/City Manager/Senior Store Manager/ Multi-Store Retail Operations.
- Experience managing multiple stores and Store Managers preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned cluster.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
