We are looking for an experienced Sourcing & Closing Manager to drive property sourcing, lead generation, negotiations, and deal closures for real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing prospects, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring successful closure of transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify new real estate opportunities and potential clients.
- Generate leads through brokers, channel partners, references, networking, and market research.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, customers, brokers, and channel partners.
- Conduct site visits, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to achieve business objectives.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and ensure timely deal closure.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, documentation, and project teams for smooth transaction closure.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, negotiations, pipeline, and closures.
- Achieve monthly and annual sourcing and revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, property pricing, and recent opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong network within the real estate ecosystem.

Required Skills

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
